Guys in not sure but right now I'm kinda confused
Ppl using barrage(wand) coc discharge for some reason But I don't know why I mean you need fair amount if crit chance and accuracy to make it work And if you use voll's with 6 power charges you may cast discharge yourself And instead of barrage+coc and some passives for procs get normal gems and passives as a caster Or I'm wrong? Is using coc really worth it? RIP English :D

From my experience playing CoC in the past, all you have to worry about is losing mana for the ability you use to proc CoC. Self casters have to worry about maintaining huge sums of mana to support their spells.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish. |
