Character does not spin around mouse cursor in town instances w/ inventory pane open

Longstanding bug.

In a town area with any left-hand side pane open (e.g. Character Screen)? Character spins correctly.

In a town area with right-hand side Cosmetics pane open? Character spins correctly.

In a combat area with inventory pane open? Character spins correctly.

In a town area with inventory pane open? Character does not spin.


It doesn't matter if you're standing still or moving, bug does/doesn't occur identically.

This is on WASD. I didn't test Mouse and Keyboard.
