Possible POB bug with Minion Pact + Wolf Pack

Hi, I was testing if Minion Pact II works with Lightning Arrow and Wolf Pack. People use it on Poeninja, and I see that in Path of Building it's marked as having a damage increase. But POB also adds that damage if you don't have Spirit Gems associated with your Minion or Companion. And in the game, this damage increase isn't visible at all when using the ability. So I'm wondering if this could be a POB bug that many people have unknowingly taken advantage of. What do you think?
