we get banned for using poeoverlay?

i dont want that; seaching says 'no official stance, sometimes temp bans because excessive server interactions'

other search says 'i use for 4 years and everything is wonderful'.

so like ffxiv shader or animation mods (they dont care), or something else (we can get banned)?

Overlays for Trading/price checking are perfectly fine, especially if they are the well known ones.

I have no clue about shaders/animation. I'd avoid those.
