Ping fluctuates too much

I live in Alaska, I have 1gb download and about 70 upload my ping is typically around 70-100 MS in just about every game. I'm very used to it by now.

I have a ps5 pro and a 3080 (pc) and tested them both.
The last patch seems to have broken the stability entirely..

I have had my ISP out here 3 times and they don't have any answers. I am plugged DIRECTLY into the modem (have tried both modem and router) I don't play on wifi.
I have have tried every server / changing my DNS / MTU ect

The game simply pauses and plays and repeats eventually kicking me.

This is on both PS5 pro and my pc (Have tested other games they are fine)

I realize my location could be an issue but it appears to have started out of the blue.

Anyone have any other suggestions or has GGG commented on this issue? When I google the problem, it appears many others are experiencing it.
