22/24 Weapon Set Passives

Afaik there's no command to see which one my character is missing. If anyone has any troubleshooting ideas, I'd appreciate input.

Here are the things I've checked:
Act 1
-crowbell icon says +2 on the map (also rekilled)
-there's no lute in una's house in the farmlands

Act 2
-there's no body/letter in deshar
-kabala icon on map says +2

Act 3
-did partial reclear of utzaal, didn't find sacrificial heart, recleared aggorat up to altar and no dagger either.
-silverfist icon says +2

Act 4
-yama says +2 on the map
-rekilled blind beast

Interludes
-oswin icon on map says +2
-akthi and anundr icon on map doesn't say +2, but checked other char and it doesn't say +2 there either. also rekilled.
-abominable yeti icon on map says +2
-think it's hard to imagine i didn't use the book from end of campaign, also dunno how to check/retry.

char is has 94 passive points allocated, is level 73, so 72 + 22 = 94 and is in fact missing 2.
