Wrong amount of Vram allocated

So i tried to start playing the game after the new druid dlc and it ran like a slideshow. After turning down the graphics to a ridicolous state i saw that the game thinks theres only 8gb of vram allocated and not 12gb. Is there a way to change that ? I have an rx 7700 xt. Id like to send a picture of the game registrating the card and only showing 8gb but the image button only adds weird symbols

Are there any verified PC builds (component lists: motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.) that GGG has demonstrated that are viable PCs to play the game cleanly? Even on high end comps zone transition times are egregiously long. There must be some sort of secret sauce to being able to play PoE2 cleanly.

PoE1 works but 2 is non-performant in comparison. Are they trying to force console? Are there multiple game shards for different continents and we're just not the core playerbase anymore?

My display card has 8gb vram. But the game POE2 thinks theres only 4gb of vram allocated and not 8gb.
