slow loading to town

anyone finds that using tp or waypoint to town, the loading screen takes ages to finished?

yes, the town loading screen is really long and feels longer than in past seasons

took me almost a min to actually load to town.

just notice this, if i tp from town back to map and within the next few mins, i tp to town again, the loading becomes faster. but after a while it still took a min or so to load.

Every zone transition is brutally slow. Even with wildly powerful hardware there is so much downtime you need a secondary activity for all of the loading screens.

It's been absurd from launch but it is getting absolutely ludicrous after so much time and several iterations.

that somewhat due to the free weekend and higher player numbers but their is also some GPU bugs with how the gaming is dealing with vram and that would be the biggest culprit for how long loading assets takes. Lots of people are showing half or 3/4 of their total gpu vram being usable by the game.
