3.27 Kinetic Blast of Clustering (KBoC) Hierophant

Haven't seen any updated post for 3.27 on this build and its variants, so figured I would start a compilation of resources.
To be clear, none of these are my own builds. I will post my current POB and future iterations, with the caveat that this is my first time playing KBoC, and I am surely not optimized. 3.27 Buffs: Kinetic Blast of Clustering: Received straight up damage buff with an increase in the percent of mana as damage on the gem. Bloodlines Ascendancy: The Farrul bloodline Huntleader gave Hierophant a solid option for its 4th ascendancy option, effectively adding 125% crit chance and 35% attack speed. Squalling Tulgraft: Adds +1 to your tornados, a huge single target damage boost.

I waited until I had about 10d to spend before making the transition, and went straight into Chaos Inoculation, which is generally advisable, but I had a really nice Twilight Regalia from the Genesis Tree to help out. I initially went rare wand, which is significantly cheaper than a well rolled Grace of the Goddess. Kinetic Blast of Clustering Transition: Grace of the Goddess x2 Variant

This is literally almost double damage due to the way Grace of the Goddess scales. If you have the ES/Max Res to pull it off, it feels really good. Kinetic Blast of Clustering Transition: Melding of the Flesh Variant

Unless you have a very large budget, I found it difficult to justify a direct swap to the full lighting res stacking with voices if the choir setup. My solution to this was to keep my tree virtually the same as int/mana stack variant, while swapping my rings/chest to the lighting stack version of the build. This allows you to maintain alot of the same gear and hold off on the expensive/time consuming process of crafting/obtaining all of the small cluster jewels or mage abyss jewels of the final form, as well as the Voices to hold them. Making the transition to foulborn Choir requires a very high amount of lightning res to make work. With the addition of 3p Voices and small cluster jewels (or adorned) this is now superior to flat int stacking. POB does not like this version, your numbers will be messed up. Q & A
1. What do you feel is an accurate POB config for KBoC. I currently use 10k mana recently spent and 1 KBoC per projectile/explosion 2. Runegraft of Refraction limits us to 1 Projectile, why do you take additional projectile notable and mastery. KBoC skill gem has a line that states that extra projectiles instead apply to an additonal explosion. This is not impacted by the Runegraft. 3. When should I transition to Lighting Res stacking variant I feel that prior to having access to Mageblood, Crit cap chest (usually mirrored) AND well rolled helicals (often reflected) to support melding of the flesh, that vanilla int/mana stacking is more powerful. 4. Is Aul Bloodline Ascendancy worthwile? Once you have crit cap from the Esh mod chest, Farrul becomes less appealing. The 35% attack speed is still quite nice, but your other options are Oshabi or Aul. Aul creates some socket pressure, and only effects action speed, not slows. " Once you get the overcapped lightning resist chestplate as crit chest you don't really need assassins mark anymore. But before that in my pob it still says snipers mark is better also i think 10x clustering seems a bit over inflated, if I recall sebK uses 2 in his config but tbh its really hard to calculate.
