[3.27] Kinetic Rain Jugg Eclipse Solaris LR/Str/Acc Stacking - ~4 mill DPS

I tried simulating all modifiers for 3.27 with the wand change and the extra ring slot we get in exchange for utility flasks.

To use Kinetic Rain, we will need 155 Intelligence, so need to grab the bare minimum. Also using Kinetic Blast right now as Rain isn't in PoB yet and Rain scales different in terms of damage, so it'll be less single target than Kinetic Blast.

Might replace Wreath of Phrecia with a Rare Helmet. Depends how the Foulborn stuff utilizes on Uniques.

Also not sure how Kalandra's Touch will work with extra ring slot, if 2 Kalandra's Touch can be used to mirror the rings. Base for the Ring is LR 15% + 7% Str Synthesis Implicit.

Budget is 2x Lori's Lantern Rings and whatever rares you find for fixing Res+Stats.

Gloves you'll want rage on attack hit as eldritch implicit

Got to get a Flesh and Flame Jewel for an extra ascendancy of Juggernaut (the cheapest one) in order to get the Bloodline Ring Slot, so 2 Jewel Slots are reserved.

Defenses are not optimal and Jewels I havn't given a proper thought yet. Watcher's Eye and the likes would be a big boost to defenses too.

With the amount of Life Flasks that the build offers, you will never run out of charges/recovery since giving up utility flasks for the extra ring slot is the only viable choice imo.

Actual Level is 93 but I was too lazy to add Rage to Gloves, so I am "wasting" 3 points on skill tree to get rage for damage visual in pob.

Pros:
+ High Clear Speed
+ Great AoE Damage
+ Cheap as league starter

Cons:
- Defenses could be better
- High invest on rings and rares without super endgame damage scaling
- Not a great Boss Killer

Hello! I have been looking into this myself. Something important to note, if you're choosing to go into the triple ring slot Bloodline you can sacrifice a life flask for Divination Distillate (25% more light radius)!

Sadly it looks like Kinetic Rain is dead on arrival, do you have any other plans for making a LR stacker that doesn't use it?

Nah, Kinetic Rain will be fire.

Going Kinetic Rain of Impact which is totally fine.

Besides, if the wording on Kinetic Anomaly wasn't so ass (only local wand damage which eclipse solaris sadly doesnt have), the normal Kinetic Rain would be great too since the main damage comes from the Kinetic Anomaly procc. Uninformed people have gaslighted it too much.

Tbh, thought diviniation distillate was a utility flask. Yeah totally going to include it in the flask setup. Good catch, thanks.
