Two drops in XP only map

I think this might be a bug. I was playing on an XP-only map and got two drops — one gold and one item. As far as I know, those maps shouldn’t generate any loot.

It's only the monsters that don't drop anything, you can still get things from barrels, boulders, logs etc.
