Buffing the curses is brutal

making the ele weakness be -22% and the chains be 30% is horrible imo. I get that they're now somewhat dodgeable, though in the heat of a big battle you cant see shit and they land anyways. I really dislike the even more sluggish move speed and the -22% makes it so i cant really build to run ele weakness maps safely anymore (HC player) so now i just have to skip both chains and ele weakness maps. Not a huge fan of this aspect of the update.
