Map / Pinnacle Content limited attempts bug

Limited attempts on maps and Pinnacle content do not seem to be shared across characters since deployment of 0.2.0g. Attempted a tower with a maxed Waystone, 0 revives, on a lower geared character and died. Swapped to a better character to slap in a new waystone and clear the tower to find the portal was available and I was able to enter and clear THE SAME PREVEIOUSLY FAILED WAYSTONE.
To be sure of what I was seeing I attempted the same with a Simulacrum and it indeed allowed me to re-enter at the same exact point on a secondary character after failing on the first.
