Stuk on checking resources and "couldnt resolve host name" issue

i tried not using the steam version but when i install it an error that says couldnt resolve host name happens and then the download fails , i click on the poe icon and just stuck at checking resources, i already restarted, opened it as administrator, redownloaded it again and same thing happens, any fix for this?

Same issue and tried all the fixes. Been stuck on checking resources for 40 mins
