Can i lock my account to a specific country ?

After each reboot router i get another ip and change my location to different city(sometimes to the same)

well, the router thing you have to talk to your ISP about.
However if you are asking if you can disable the security system on your account, this is possible but you have to contact GGG support by e-mail. Please remember that doing so will leave your account 100% open for hacking. | |
