Duelist Cyclone Dual Wield Build

I went into some of the resist and armor portions of the tree to free up resist on gear to add more physical damage and attack speed modifiers. This allows for a more robust use of gearing and doesn't lock you into certain cookie cutter items.

I don't know what kind of damage it will generate as I am kind of new and any help would be appreciated. I planned on dual wielding Scavea Blades in my build, or high end damage one hand swords.

Any feedback or theory crafting would be appreciated.
