"Useless" Item Mods
In light (pun intended) of the changes in this patch note-
Spoiler
" I can see how reduced reqs can be beneficial for rolling alts, but light radius baffles me. Unless someone blotted out the Wraeclast sun, I can't see how this is a desirable mod. I wondered if "useless" mods-in general-are a necessary evil to offset creating godly gear. And on that subject, are these mods created with the mentality that they are just there to buffer the mod pool? All the things I want to remember are in the places I'd like to forget.

Oh, it's you. Yes I know that. Point still stands. I can see underground as it is. It's not inky black where I can't see at all.
But thank you for your (as usual) useless contribution. All the things I want to remember are in the places I'd like to forget.

This might be considered a helpfull mod for the newly buffed "low-on life builds"
aldo i must point out, the new unique scepter that granted additional 25% light radius, did absolutely nothing for low-on life builds. I would asumine it is to create a bigger mod pool, also the lower requirement wil make early play even more cakewalk.(i play every char as if it is my first, but ive seen a lot of people just going 1shot everything before merciles) Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

" Low Life builds... I suspect that increased light radius also increases monster aggro radius, but that is speculation until confirmed |

Maybe there are windows?
The Pope quit, a meteor fell on Russia, an
asteroid came close to the earth, there's snow in Arizona, star wars and star trek have the same director! Who the hell is playing jumanji? | |
" I can see how low-life builds are significantly hindered by light radius but I'm not sure gimping everyone else for low-lifers' dubious benefit is all that fantastic an idea. Widening a mod pool where its already hard to roll the correct affixes in high values is just making it more daunting for the non-rich and set. A new keystone or change in mechanics (i.e. only looking at available life after reservations) would have been a better idea IMO |

" I don't think you understand the negative impact that adding more "crap" affixes into a game like this has. |
