If you can't afford Unnatural Instinct which is super expensive right now that's fine. So you need to cap your res with your belt and boot definitely. But what I see from your profile looks like your res are capped. If not you can change the jewel inside your belt and get one with all res/life. Boots are good so I wouldn't change those.
The next upgrade will be expensive for you either way tho.

First I will do with the market kinda of expensive for some items I will go with curse on hit Vulnerability for the gloves.
Then you can go on the unnatural instinct/Ryslatha which is around 25ex total. And re balance your res and everything.

Also you can try to get some nice awakened gems. especially brutality which gives you some reduc phys penetration on enemies at quality 20%.

For the pantheon I like the one with some res against Dot and shock. Because we have so little life DoT damage is a pain for us. Also the immune poison is nice too. You can change those when you're just mapping like no brainer and get some move speed and more reduc physical. Really up to you and don't hesitate switching between them.

For the dex you really need around 155 for Bloodrage/Dash etc. If you are short just take one of the mini cluster of +30 dex until you manage it on your gear.

On a more personal note I finished stuffing my char and pushed it lvl 97 without too much issue. Just need to run less juicy maps and be careful on affixes, then leveling becomes easy. I would recommend people to get as much AoE while leveling, we have so much damage so when coupling with AoE that keep us pretty safe. I also like the war banner because I can deleted boss in a second with the adrenaline boost. It's very useful and very safe against bosses. And I got lucky with a Bottled Faith drop on my second cortex! I didn't plan to get one because we are so overpower but why not using it now ahah!
I can do every boss, Sirus A8 is tricky because I have no res to chaos and chaos is everywhere on this fight. But I can compensated by a good knowledge of his mechanics and the insane dps which makes us almost instant phase him.

ty mate. my all res is cap 78+, now i'll want buy awakened gems. But when i seen my life i'll wana cry, because 3.5k... may i shoud replace few skills on the tree?
