Yep, by far the worst rarity setting i have seen GGG do. Big difference between chase unique and absolutely unobtainable. This is expecially bad since only a couple builds would even use this (mostly soul mantle builds)
They need to up the chance to at a minimum skyforth rarity. I was wanting to try a totem build this league (hate the side effect of soul mantle) but seen this drop rate and knew I couldn't get one. GGG is so out of touch with putting rarity % on items ... sure we need chase items but gosh if they just want nolifers to be in the game they are doing a good job going in that direction .. rng over rng content which consumes hundreds of hours abyssmal drop rates for build enabling shit well good luck GGG pressing casuals away who keep your server actually alive instead of that few nolifer whales
