I vaguely recall overhearing someone saying that this would be quite rare but I'll double check with them anyway just to make sure nothing has gone awry.

Update: I've checked with the team. It should be spawning in game it's just very rare.

There are currently 9 mirrors for sale on BSC right now. Not a single "The Queen's Sacrifice" prophecy has been seen on any league, including standard. There's no way this is supposed to be more rare than a mirror.

The trouble with rare prophecies is that they're prophecies.
When you consider how much people actually want to interact with prophecy mechanics, that makes them doubly rare. |
