[Help] with my Gladiator build please!

I have a Blade Flurry Gladiator.

I'm at a point where I feel like I should commit to either full physical, bleed only, Brutality gem, and Belly of the Beast OR a bleed/poison hybrid using Cospri's and Dirty Techniques. I need help deciding which is better. I am kind of unsure how the DoT scaling works now and could use some advice on which direction I should head with my build.

Full Phys - Belly of the Beast, Brutality gem, Bloodletting
Phys/Poison - Cospris (Witchfire Brew+Enfeeble), Dirty Techniques, Brutal Blade, Maim or other (poison) gem.
