Help needed with my Ancestral Warchief!!!

So my character is level 86 right but somehow I feel I can't head forward in the content. E.g. I haven't been able to kill a Breach Lord yet, often time I can't even do the Breach itself. But I really want to do the latest content (because of the challanges :D ).
I just don't know how to improve my character. Right now I try to save up for an Atziri's Disfavour, but that doesn't seem right. Do you guys have any advice for me? Gear and Gems

Defensive Stats (keep enfeeble in mind)  Ancestral Warchief with Hatred, Inc. AoE and Fire Golem (dont forget Conc. Effect, Atziri's Promise and Vaalhaste)  For really good advice I would even spend some currency ;) Thanks for your help guys!
