[WIP] Dual wield champion duelist. Please help build him.

Hows it going. I'm a fresh off the boat noob here and this game started out overwhelming as f*ck. so I thought id take a step back and theory craft a little bit.

keep in mind I know literal jack shit about any items in game, save the varunastra. This build is admittedly build around the concept of that weapon.

So, there you go. rip me apart. feel free to correct my build and recommend me other weapons and armours. I know almost nothing about everything in this game.

that being said, I do have a quick question about the varunastra. will all the buffs of all the weapon types really stack additively on it?

Ive messed around a bit and sacrificed some dps for some more tankiness. I think this way, it will be more viable on higher difficulties. what do you think? does it need int at all? or is it fine as is. does it need more hp? one again, tips are greatly appreciated.
